i got it off of arwen-undomiel, i think we should use it for the banner contest, that way the image is truly all their own, and not belonging to someone else's account

no admin... each person just uploads their image to the thing and they have their own address, not someone else's... if you visit the site, then you'll know what I mean, each pic has it's own address
